Our current setup is 30 min interval's and all intervals are worth the same amount of DKP. So one days raids are all worth 2.11, anouthers all worth 4.24, and so on.

I'm curious if this program currently supports a model that divides the DKP a bit differently.

Say 750 DKP is spent and earned for the day, and there are 3 intervals that day.

each interval is "awarded" 250 DKP and it gets entered into the DKP system like so. (warning inc very unrealistic example!)

interval one had 50 participants and so was entered as a raid worth 5 DKP, totaling 250 DKP paid
interval two had 25 participants and so was entered as a raid worth 10 DKP, totaling 250 DKP paid
interval three had 10 participants and so was entered as a raid worth 25 DKP, totaling 250 DKP paid

each interval totals to a value of 250, but the actual award is based upon how many people where there. In effect rewarding the people that stick it out much more greatly then those that cut out a bit early.

It can be done, but it's not especially automated. It requires that you know the number of DKP spent on loot before parsing (or you parse once to find it out first) and then calculate how much DKP that means that each reward interval should get.

If that's good enough then it can be done by setting the zero-sum distribution mode to 'off'. Then before parsing you calculate the number of DKP that each interval should have and then enter that value as default DKP bonus per interval. When you then parse the log all reward intervals in the reward interval interface will have that value set as "Bonus", which means that the DKP is distributed amongst the participants of the interval.

I don't think i could get a change that required so much stuff to be done by hand put in by my guild hehe.

Any chance this is a small enough thing to be slipped into a later version? Smile
