EQ2 - Only picking up 1 /whoraid

So I am trying to get this set up before Monday night so I set up a mock raid and did /whoraid twice with 10 minutes in between them. But when I parse the file it only picks up the first one.

Basically trying to reward 1 point for each /whoraid which I will do every hour a raid night.
