New User Question

Hello I am rather new to using any type of DKP system but unfortunatly so is the rest of my guild so I have taken it upon myself to set it up.

I have managed to get CT-RaidTracker installed as well as EQdkp. I have the plugin for DKP Log parser set as well.

The system I would like set is rather easy but I cant seem to get it all set in DKP Log parser correctly and would appreciate any help.

I would like to set it up in intervals of 15min with 1 point awarded each interval. 4 points as a bonus for being on time and 4 point bonus if you made it through the entire raid. I cant however for the life of me seem to get this figured correctly on the DKP Log parser.

Im pretty sure I have everything set correctly except for the Initial Values section. What numbers would I put in this section to get the time based DKP I am looking for?

Thanks for the quick response!!

I made the adjustments but now get a "Nothing in the log matched the parse patterns"

I am playing WoW and had it parse correctly before...

Also I have not been able to actually install the program, I have gone to the folder and ran it from there, any of the files I see and try to run ask for the program or say they cannot read, is there a way to actually install the log parser?

There are two common reasons for that, either the wrong patterns are selected or the member list does not contain the members that should be recorded. I would assume that it's the second one since it worked before. So please check your member list to ensure that it is up to date.

Additionally if your log contains fewer people than your minimum log participant count then that could be causing it.

Thanks once again for the info and quick response!!

I have it up and running now but whenever I upload an event/raid I also get one called "high participation bonus"

Any idea of how I get this to stop?

That's the raid that awards the bonus points for those that made it through the entire raid. It can not be removed if you want to keep that bonus. It can however be renamed via the high participation raid name option.
