I am using a fresh install of EQDKP version 1.4.0 Beta 2, installed without any problems and is running fine

I have installed the DKP Log Parser EQDKP plugin version: DKP Log Parser EQDKP Plugin v1.3.2h without any problems and is running fine.

And I am using the DKP Log Parser Client version: ■DKP Log Parser (win32) v1.4.1c

I can't post any links yet, cause this is my first post on this forum.
But I used my adres where my eqdkp is running and filled it into the configuration window, and then clicked test, and I got an popup window with the following error message: com.lokoring.dkplp.ServerFaultException: No server interface was found at the specified location.

I chose cancel, and clicked next, filled in the rest of the available options and got to the main screen, there I tried to connect to the server, and got the same message. I then looked at the error log, and it gave some error lines, so I reset everything and tried it again, but still no luck, I save the error log, and deleted the folder, unpacked the rar client again, and tried it again, but the same error. Strange thing is, when I look in my error log now, it does not show any errors in it.

I attached the second time error log. The first time I did not save it, and after the second time, the error log does not display any errors.

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the late reply.

Did you close the program before reading/copying the error log the second time? The program might be buffering some of the error messages before writing them to file.

In any case: Please post the url of the server interface. I think you can post links in your second post. If that doesn't work then just split it up into something like "www <dot> foo <dot> com <slash> blaha".

I'm having the exact same issue

I just installed 1.3.2h on my eqdkp site and I'm using the 1.4.1c windows client

I'm receiving the "No server interface was found at the specified location" error message

The log file doesn't point to anything obvious that I can see

Using the URL you sent in your mail, it does not appear as if the plugin is at the expected location in your EQDKP installation. Please make sure that the "dkplp" directory has been successfully uploaded into EQDKP's plugin directory as described in the installation instructions.

Once installed properly, you should be able to go to

http://something.com/eqdkp/plugins/dkplp/dkprpc.php

(replacing something.com with your domain) and not get a "file not found" response.
