I'm using WoW, with CTRT.

If I upload the RT string without changing anything, it will set the start time as the start of the raid time according to RT, and the first interval is half an hour from that. This is normal, and not my problem.

I'm using an on time bonus, though, so I want to set the raid time at half an hour before raid start, so the first interval covers the half hour before start so I can give it a bonus.

So I edit the raid start time in CT to be 19:30:00.

Now here's the weird part. When I parse that string, the first interval is 20:00 to 20:29. It completely cuts off and ignores the first interval.
