This is a thread for entries to the logo contest for the DKP Log Parser website, the winner will be decided when the website enters the design phase. The winning logo will be chosen via a forum poll, only votes from people with 5 or more posts at the end of the voting will be counted, this is to prevent someone from creating a bunch of fake accounts. The voting might be done in several stages depending on the number of entries.
The only reward is the fame and a place in the credits of the site (with a chosen link) for both the creator of the placeholder and the creator of the final logo. The final logo will probably also be used as the icon for the client, which means a place in the client's credit list.
A logo is supposed to be a fairly simple image that is recognizable even if it is shrunk to a small size, it is therefor advised to avoid small details. The logo itself can be an abstract image, and does not have to have any meaning, it just has to look good.
Anyone can enter the contest, just attach your entry to a post in this thread. Please attach an lossless image (png, gif etc) of suitable size (less than 512px width, but probably not less than 16px width). If possible also attach a small version of the logo (32px-16px width). You may only attach images which you have produced yourself.
Please remember to keep a high resolution lossless copy of the logo, in case it wins.
