The bug report dialog.

The bug report dialog is basically just a textarea and two buttons.

Pressing the Submit button causes the contents of the textarea to be sent as a bug report to a server. A developer will then read the report and hopefully find a fix for the described bug. It's helpfull to incude an email address (or other contact information) so that the developer can ask for more details if needed.
Pressing the Cancel button closes the dialog without sending a bug report.
