These are working pattern sets which tell DKP Log Parser how to parse files. Many of them are available from inside the program and can be switched between in the parse patterns tab. The sets are updated every version, so if an added set will generally be available in the coming version of DKP Log Parser (and until then it can be entered manually in the configuraion).
