Changes

Added an option in the Server configuration tab that uploads the intervals as a single batch instead of individual raids. The result in EQDKP is that one raid summing up the whole day is added and that individual adjustments are instead used to provide the individual rewards.
Added patterns and formats for adding interval and participation bonuses (for all parse modes). This can be used to for instance create ingame commands for giving a bonus to the current interval, or to give bonuses to registered boss kills.
Retrofitted the following predefined pattern sets with patterns for interval and participation bonuses: EQ (/who), EQ (raid output), EQ2 (/who), EQ2 (/whoraid), World of Warctaft (CT RT post 1.25.8 format).
Added a bonus for high participation. In the DKP settings configuration tab there is now two new fields. High participation bonus threshold which decides the lowest percentage of minutes that a member has to have participated to receive the bonus and High participation bonus value which is the bonus received. The bonus is displayed as an extra raid on event High participation bonus.
The parser will now give better errors when too few groups are given in the format.
Added an new optional group to the loot format, a count group which allows multiple loot items to be specified with one line. The group has been added to all parse modes.
Retrofitted all predefined CT Raidtracker pattern sets with the new count group.
The text in the about box and configuration wizard should now wrap correctly.
The Costs element in the predefined pattern set for CT RT post 1.25.8 is now optional. If it's not found then the cost is set to 0.
Automatic restarting after an upgrade should now work better.
The changelog output on updates will now wrap correctly.
