DKP is an acronym for Dragon Kill Points. DKP is a commonly used point-based system in online games. It is essentially the basis of an economy: players earn DKP for spending their time assisting their guild achieve certain goals. They may then spend DKP on rewards, which are often high quality items or spells awarded as loot during a raid.
