DKP system (configuration tab)
From DKPLP Doc
- This article is about the configuration tab. For the term, see DKP system.
The tab named DKP system contains all options relating to how DKP should be distributed throughout the day.
Note: Any changes made to any of these configuration values will require that you reparse the log file before the changes take effect. Changes made do not affect the currently loaded data set.

Zero-sum distribution mode
The zero-sum distribution mode decides how, if at all, zero-sum should be maintained.
- Off
- No zero-sum is used.
- Per interval
- The DKP resulting from zero-sum is distributed evenly so that each reward interval gets the same amount, no matter how much time they span.
- Per minute
- The zero-sum DKP is distributed proportionally to the number of minutes that each reward interval spans.
Global bonus distribution mode
The global bonus distribution mode decides how the global bonus should be distributed amongst the reward intervals.
- Off
- No global bonus is given.
- Per interval
- The global bonus is distributed evenly so that each reward interval gets the same amount, no matter how much time they span.
- Per minute
- The global bonus is distributed proportionally to the number of minutes that each reward interval spans.
Reward system
The reward system controls the reward situation used by the DKP system.
- Time based
- DKP is accrued over time, according to the duration of the raid and its reward intervals. No DKP is earned for events. This is good for encouraging participation on raids that may not have many loot bosses on it, such as farming for access quests.
- Event based
- DKP is accrued for completing events. No DKP is earned for time. This is good for encouraging successful completion of achievements.
- Time and event based hybrid
- DKP is earned both for the duration of the raid and for any events completed during it.
Guaranteed DKP per participant
The guaranteed DKP per participant value represemts the lowest possible DKP reward for players that have attended the whole raid. Such a value guarantees that the DKP rewarded for the whole day for someone who has attended the whole raid is at least the set value. Additional DKP is spread out over the intervals until the minimum is met.
Guaranteed DKP in per day
The guaranteed DKP in per day value represents the lowest possible DKP in that should be allowed. If a raid has a less DKP in then the rewards are modified so that the minimum is met. If a raid has more DKP in then nothing is done.
Weights should affect zero-sum DKP
If the weights should affect zero-sum DKP checkbox is checked then the weights will affect the DKP that result from zero-sum. If this is not checked then the zero-sum DKP will not be affected at all by the weights.
Weights should affect global bonus DKP
If the weights should affect zero-sum DKP checkbox is checked then the weights will affect the DKP that result from a global bonus. If this is not checked then the zero-sum DKP will not be affected at all by the weights.
High participation bonus threshold
The high participation bonus threshold value decides the number of percent of minutes that a person has to have participated in order to receive the high participation bonus. For instance if this value is 75, then it's required that people participate in 75% of the minutes in order to receive the bonus. If the value is set to 100 then only people who participated in the whole raid receive the bonus.
High participation bonus value
The high participation bonus value value decides how many DKP that people should receive as a high participation bonus. For instance if this value is 2 and the threshold (see above) is 100% then everyone who has participated the whole raid will receive an additional bonus of 2 DKP.
