Export (menu)

The export menu contains commands to export data from the system into formats that can be used by other systems.

Day

The raid information for the day can be exported out of the system in a variety of formats: XML, plain text, BB forum code, wiki markup and HTML. The Export preferences can be set to control what aspects of the day you wish to export.

XML

DKPLP can read in a raid day exported as XML at a later date. This is the only way to store the current state of calculation on a parse of a raid.

Plain Text

The most fundamental of formats: this exports the raid day in plain text with some basic formatting.

phpBB 2.x BB Code

For use when you wish to post the results of a raid on a phpBB 2.x forum (also works on many other forums that support BB code).

phpBB 3.x BB Code

The same as the phpBB 2.x BB Code, but changed to reflect a BB code change in phpBB 3.x .

Wiki markup

Wikis are becoming a common way of sharing information among a community such as a guild. Use the export as wiki markup command to generate information in a format suitable for display on a wiki.

HTML

Exporting data as HTML generates a web page with the set of information from the raid laid out.

Configuration

When using the program with a number of different setups, or just for debugging purposes, it can be handy to export the DKPLP configuration out of the program. This option allows you to save the configuration into an xml file in a location of your choosing.

Member Aliases

While the latest versions of the DKPLP EQDKP plugin support the sharing of the member aliases file on the server side, older versions do not. Exporting the alias configuration using this option allows the user to share the alias mapping with others.
