This article is about the menu. For the configuration tab, see File (configuration tab).

The file menu contains commands to control which file the parser is currently processing, as well as the command to quit the parser.

Contents

Parse new file

This command opens up a file dialog, into which the location of a log file is entered. Using this command clears any existing parsed information and starts again. The system will then open a new dialog box with a list of all days found inside the log. One needs to be selected (by double-clicking) for the program to begin processing the raid information found on that day. The original log file is not touched when the DKP calculation is performed.

Parse recent log file

This command automatically begins processing on the log file most recently opened, clearing any existing parsed information in the program. The system will then open a new dialog box with a list of all days found inside the log. One needs to be selected (by double-clicking) for the program to begin processing the raid information found on that day. The original log file is not touched when the DKP calculation is performed.

Parse most recent log file

This command pops up a new window into which you can paste a log file (either an extract direct from a game, or from another program such as CT RaidTracker). The system will then open a new dialog box with a list of all days found inside the log. One needs to be selected (by double-clicking) for the program to begin processing the raid information found on that day.

Exit

This command quits the program. Any raid data not exported or uploaded out of the program will be lost. At this point, some configurations may be automatically uploaded to the server: the main configuration, member aliases and autocompletions. Whether these are automatically uploaded is set in the Configuration preferences.
