The login dialog.
The login dialog is brought up whenever a connection to EQDKP is required but none exists. The easiest way to access it is from the menu. EQDKP permissions to at least add raids, events and items is required in order to be able to login if connecting.

Fields
- Username: The username used to login to EQDKP.
- Password: The password used to login to EQDKP.

Common error messages
- Permission denied - The server and plugin were found but the login name and password do not have all the required permissions, or the loging name and /or password was incorrect (if EQDKP plugin version 1.2.4 or lesser was used).
- Login failed - Usually means that and incorrect username and/or password was used.
- Invalid username and/or password - The username and/or password was incorrect.
- Unexpected Response from Server: Not Found - Usually means that the plugin is not installed or that the entered EQDKP server url path entered is incorrect.
