Search for updates

Running this command causes the program to check with the home of DKPLP to see if there are any newer versions of the client available. If there are, it can download the updates and automatically patch the system, upgrading it to the latest revision.

It is also possible to configure the system to perform a check for updates every time the program is run.

Report a bug

If you have found a problem with the system and you wish to report it, using this command pops up a dialog box which asks you for information about your issue. The details will be sent to the author of the program. Make sure you include some form of contact details if you wish to hear back. A bug tracking system is used at the home of DKPLP and your bug report will appear there, along with information about further testing, fixes or workarounds.

The system automatically sends the error log and your configuration setup along with the bug report, to assist in issue verification and testing. The only person who sees the details of your configuration are the developers of DKPLP.

Compress intervals

Where adjacent intervals have identical participants and weightings, they can be compressed into a single, longer interval, reducing the number of intervals needing to be tracked. This command allows the user to compress the intervals at will.

It is possible to set the system to automatically compress all intervals just before the data is uploaded, using the upload configuration preferences.

Clear parsed data

This command clears all data out of the system. If the information has not been exported or uploaded, it will need to be reparsed. The system automatically clears out any existing parsed data each time it reads in a log file.
