Reward modifier
From DKPLP Doc
The reward modififer decides how much DKP that should be fed back into the system as a result of zero-sum when applying the reward interval distribution algorithm. The value is multiplied with the total DKP worth of loot bought to decide the amount of zero-sum DKP that should be redistributed. So if a raid receives 10000 DKP in then a modifier of 1.0 will award the raid as a whole with 10000 DKP while a modifier of 0.9 will only award 9000 DKP.
This modifier can be altered through the global overview and is a useful tool for controlling inflation and deflation in the system. A modifier less than 1.0 can be used on raids with lots of loot if the system is already inflated in order to bring the system closer to zero-sum. The same is true with a modifier greater than 1.0 on raids with little or no loot in a deflated system. When not using a zero-sum system, this field will do nothing.
